The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown held a special meeting at 3:45 p.m. on February 13, 2001 at the Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York.
Present: Betty Budney - Councilwoman
Anthony Merante - Councilman
Al Hosmer - Councilman
Absent: William Mazzuca - Supervisor
Edward Engelbride - Councilman

The following resolution was presented by Councilman Merante, seconded by Councilwoman Budney and unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that Supervisor Mazzuca is authorized to sign the contract with Richard Comi for his services relating to wireless communications in the Town of Philipstown.
Councilwoman Budney made a motion, seconded by Councilman Hosmer and unanimously passed to close the meeting at 3:50p.m.
