The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown held their regular weekly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 238 Main St., Cold Spring, New York on February 28, 2001.

Betty Budney - Councilwoman
Al Hosmer - Councilman
Anthony Merante - Councilman
Absent: Edward Engelbride - Councilman

The following resolution was presented by Councilwoman Budney, seconded by Councilman Merante and unanimously adopted:
Resolved, that a Public Hearing on the proposed Zoning Change at the Stadium Restaurant is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on April 18, 2001 at the Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York.
Councilman Hosmer made a motion, seconded by Councilwoman Budney and unanimously passed to close the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
