The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown held their regular weekly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 238 Main St., Cold Spring, New York on March 14, 2001.

The following resolution was presented by Councilman Merante, seconded by Councilwoman Budney and unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that Suzie Gilbert is appointed to the Conservation Advisory Counsel for a two year term which will expire on March 3, 2003.
Councilman Merante made a motion, seconded by Councilwoman Budney and unanimously passed to close the meeting at 7:35 p.m.
