The annual Re-Organization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown of the Town of Philipstown was held at the Town Hall, 238 Main St., Cold Spring, New York at 7:00 p.m. on the above date.

RESOLVED, that the Premier National Bank, Cold Spring, New York be, and the same hereby is designated as the bank in which all Town Officers shall deposit monies coming into their hands by virtue of their offices.

RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be, and he hereby is authorized to deposit town funds in one or more NOW accounts, money market accounts, and/or Certificates of Deposit with the Townís official depository bank, providing said deposits allow monies to be available or come due timely to permit the Town to meet itís financial obligations.

RESOLVED, that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown be held at 8:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month, except when the same falls upon a legal holiday, in which case the regular monthly meeting shall be held upon the following Thursday or such day as shall be determined by the Town Board at the regular meeting preceding such legal holiday.

RESOLVED, that the Recreation pay scale for 2001 as set forth below is hereby adopted:
Permanent Staff:
CSEA Senior Typist, Typist, Clerk, Maintenance
No overtime remuneration for permanent staff. Compensation time may be accrued but used within 6 months. Approval by Commission, Department Head or designated official.
Part-time Hourly Employees:
Putnam County Personnel Department classification for part-time employees is "Recreation Assistant", so noted on personnel forms submitted for every employee initially, and resubmitted when there is a change in position or hourly wage.
The maximum number of hours per week a part-time employee may be employed is 17.5 hours per week, and may not exceed 910 hours per year (based on a 35 hour week of permanent staff).
Anyone hired as a permanent or part-time employee may hold two positions provided that the job description is significantly different.
We are required by Federal Law to pay minimum wage, except during camp season for Counselor-In-Training positions.

Robert Lusardi is appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Town Board as Counsel to the Town Attorney to handle Code Prosecutions, advise the Code Administrator Officer and shall be compensated at a rate of $125.00 per hour.
