I have been practicing law in the Putnam, Westchester and Dutchess County region, since 1979. As I engage in the general practice of law, we handle all types of Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Estate, Criminal, Civic and Vehicle and Traffic matters.

The majority of my practice is devoted to Real Estate Matters wherein we represent clients in the purchase and sale of homes, vacant property, commercial buildings, etc.

For several years, we have represented various lenders (Norwest Mortage, Inc., Bank of New York Mortgage, Inc., PNC Mortgage Corp., Bank United of Texas) in the capacity of a closing attorney on residential mortgages.

My office is centrally located in the City of Peekskill, Westchester County, New York. We are located above the Chamber of Commerce and there is a good deal of municipal parking nearby. Peekskill is located near such major highways as Route 9, Route 9D, Route 9A, Route 202, and Route 6, Taconic Parkway, Palisades Parkway.
