Bill is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Mercy College, has been serving
this community for years. After three terms as Trustee for the
Village of Cold Spring, he was elected to the Philipstown Town Board
and became its Supervisor in 1994. In his administration, volunteers
and employees are selected not by political party but by their skill
and desire to do the task.
