Alfred M. Hosmer, Town Councilman is the
guy who checks out the physical elements that keep the outdoor parts of
Philipstown working smoothly. Councilman since 1994, he watched over
the mandated closing of the Town dump. As a veteran of both the US
Navy and the New York Telephone Company, he has brought his technical
skill to play in every aspect of Philipstown's mechanical operations.
