Anthony D. Merante, Town Councilman has brought to the Town Board his
extensive experience in planning and zoning matters in both Nelsonville
and Philipstown. Since being elected to the Town Board in 1996, he has
used this expertise as Chariman of the Zoning Review Committee and as
Board Liaison to the Conservation Advisory Council which drafted the
newly enacted Timber Harvesting Law.
