Gary M. Rithcie, Sr. serving for 19 years
as Town Assessor, became Chairman of that Board in 1984. In that
position he has been responsible for running a competent and unbiased
administration in an area critical to all of us. To do so, Gary has
taken training courses and held membership in NYS and PUtnam County tax
assessor organizations. He takes pride in being both asccessable to
the public and impartial in his decision.
