Anne M. Nichter, running for
Town Assessor is current Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals, has
had to handle the blizzard of cell tower application, balancing the
need for good cell phone service against the community's need to be
spared from too many unsightly towers. Anne is both a lawyer and a
licensed Real Estate Broker. She has lectured on Real Property Law and
Remedies at Pace University Law School.
