I recognize and acknowledge that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in participation in trips including, but not exclusively, such hazards as danger from collisions with natural and man-made obstructions, cold water, bodily entrapment by equipment, and the possibility of becoming lost as well all other hazards associated with kayaking and I agree to assume all such risks and hazards.
I agree to hold harmless and forever release the Cold Spring Kayak Club and Hudson Valley Outfitters from and against all lawsuits, claims, actions, costs, or expenses in respect to any death, injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with events and whether the same may have contributed to or occasioned by negligence of the club.
